As a bodyworker, artist, nature woman, and Midlife Midwife, body wisdom is my guide. I began my study in 1981 at the Integrative Massage School in Sacramento with an emphasis on breathe and client rapport along with a solid, eclectic approach to many massage styles from Swedish Esalen to energy work. After 2 years in practice, I became interested in combining massage with awareness of emotion and it's part in posturing our expressive life.
I took the Hellerwork certification course with over 1000 hours of training and graduated as one of the youngest practitioners in the field. Twenty five year later, I continue to investigate bodywisdoms by my own practices in yoga, pilates, singing, painting, playing guitar, country living and gardening.
My latest training in Neuro Muscular Reprogramming has reinvigorated my knowledge of anatomy and the resource of repatterning the brain with muscle testing.
I've been remapping my life which I find is a shared journey for many. Integrating the many skills in my life's garden, I'm blend my love of nature, my ability to nurture in a safe and sacred space for creative expressing of our inner lives, my love of language with many years of caring for people within the context of bodywisdoms.
